Returns
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a return authorization.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
- Shipping: Return the package to the address provided in the return authorization. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your provided bank account number within 7 days.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
