Good/product was not delivered. This is an order I placed since January 23,2021, debit was passed on my account without any refund even after goods was not delivered.
Seller has bad customer relationship management as messages were not responded to. I am not satisfied at all with the seller nor the store. I will ensure that I do not patronize this seller again and also friends and family do the same as well.
Goods worth $57.14 was never delivered to me since January, 2021. I NEED A REFUND OF THE MONEY PAID AS SELLER CANNOT HAVE BOTH GOODS AND MY FUNDS.

I even paid extra charges for fast delivery because I had to travel but despite that I did not receive the parcel before my departure.
